Summary
Amends the:
Farm Household Support Act 1992
and
Social Security Act 1991
to: increase the maximum allowable income exemption for the Exceptional Circumstances Relief Payment (ECRP); and extend the ECRP to more agriculture-dependent small business operators; and
Farm Household Support Act 1992
to enable ECRP recipients to continue to receive payments while temporarily absent from Australia for specific family or humanitarian reasons.
